EXPERIENCE GEELONG AND THE SURF COAST’S LATEST DISTILLERIES
Relax and enjoy a day touring Geelong and the Surf Coast’s latest distilleries, with the whole experience taken care of with one of our knowledgeable local hosts and drivers.
In the past, the Surf Coast area has been recognised for its excellent local breweries, while Geelong has gained a reputation for its wineries. However, there has been a recent surge in the establishment of new distilleries in the region
We’ll visit the following venues, offering an in-depth experience at each location:
Ceres Distillery
Ceres Distilling Co is a family owned Craft Distillery named after the hamlet of Ceres. Ceres, located close to Geelong was settled in 1830 and has a significant agricultural history.Their name pays tribute to Ceres the Roman Goddess of agriculture who blessed the annual grain harvests.
Flowstate Brewers & Distillers
Flowstate Brewers and Distillers is a result of brother’s Shaun and Leigh’s eclectic backgrounds in the building, brewing and horticulture industries. Together they bring practical creativity and a botanical sensibility to their production processes and drink styles. Their products are an expression of their diverse skillsets and an extension of the Surf Coast.
Great Ocean Road Gin
Proud to be the first Gin created along the Great Ocean Road, they are a small batch, handcrafted Gin inspired by the beauty of the Great Ocean Road. They source local botanicals, many of them handpicked from the expansive indigenous backyard they call home. Their Gins traverse native forests, drive around cliff edges, wade in the rockpools and hug our ocean shores.
Anther Geelong Distillery
The home of curiosity, bottled. Anther is a working distillery complete with cellar door and cocktail bar and is located 5 minutes from Geelong CBD at the heritage listed Federal Mills in North Geelong. Anther is a place of wonder for the cocktail and gin lover. Hosting Australia’s Champion Gin, Anther offers gin tastings, crafted cocktails, distillery experiences, a wide variety of events, bottled cocktails to take home, and of course the classic G &T. Anther Gin is a wonderful result of experimenting with native ingredients and collaborating with other iconic groups to celebrate the stories that can be told in a bottle of gin. We invite you to revel in the flavours at this hidden gem.

This tour runs from approximately 10.30am – 4.30pm Saturdays and Sunday’s only.
